Use Meghan and Harry's big day tomorrow to prompt a new piece of creative writing
For two minutes, image that you are Meghan, the bride, in the moments as she waits to make her entrance at St George's Chapel. What might be going through your mind as you prepare not just to get married, but to become part of the royal family? Try to put your own thoughts and feelings to one side and imagine what it must feel like to be the person behind the headlines.
Spend three minutes jotting down whatever comes to mind.
Then take ten minutes to shape your ideas into either a paragraph of prose, or the beginnings of a poem.
