1,000 people affected by COVID-19 can apply for and receive a £1,000 bursary towards a part-time remote undergraduate course
The bursaries are intended to provide people with the opportunity to enhance their employability or refresh and renew their knowledge and skills with an undergraduate certificate or diploma.
People eligible include those who have been furloughed or made redundant as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, people who have been designated most at risk, key workers and people over 70.
Available courses include creative writing (fiction and writing for performance and creative non-fiction) and literary studies.
Applications must be received by 31 July.
