Three winners of the competition presented by Kevin Spacey and Trigger Street Productions will have their scripts produced by Trigger Street as short films starring Maggie Gyllenhaal
Entries to the Jameson First Shot competition for new filmmakers should be scripts about the great things that can happen when you are fearless and let life in. Submit scripts between five and seven pages that have a key role appropriate for Maggie Gyllenhaal to play, and a maximum of seven characters.
All scripts must be original.
The finalists' scripts will be judged by Kevin Spacey.
Writers must be at least 25 to enter.
The closing date is 4 January.
