Two winning stories will be published in BlackInk magazine for Black History Month in October

The initiative to showcase new fiction comes from Serendipity and Writing East Midlands. Creative writers from the African and Caribbean diaspora are invited to submit short stories up to 2,000 words.

Two winning writers will each be awarded £500 and their stories will be published in BlackInk. They will also get free passes to The Writers' Conference.

To enter, send original, unpublished short fiction. Entry is free.
