Creative writing: how to write a ghost story

Boo Books is hosting a Ghost Story Day at QUAD that includes an all-day Writing Ghost Stories workshop
The workshop will be followed by the launch of the Boo Books anthology Haunted.
Boo Books is run by editor/publisher Alex Davis, who contributes the Fantastic Realms features on fantasy, sci-fi and horror writing to WM each month. His feature on ghost stories appeared in the November issue.
'Ghost stories have always been something I've had a keen interest in, so presenting this workshop and launch double-header is something I'm really looking forward to,' he said.
The Writing Ghost Stories workshop will take place between 10am and 4pm on 22 November at QUAD in Derby. Tickets cost £15 (concs available).
