Use the components of an ideal day of rest to prompt new writing in this week’s exercise
Make notes of what ta blissful Sunday would consist of, either for you or a character. Write a scene where someone is indulging in their ideal Sunday morning. Where are they? What are they doing? And not doing? What details stand out? Concentrate on creating an atmosphere in writing that matches the person’s experience. Write for 15 minutes, in any style or form.
