Imagine what might happen if weather conditions got worse in this week's creative writing exercise
Chose a variety of weather - rain, wind, hail, sunshine - and for five minutes, imagine what would happen if it escalated and didn't stop. Note down your 'what if' thoughts.
For the next ten minutes, think of a character who has been cut off from the rest of their society by the weather conditions you have imagined, and write the opening paragraph of a new story or the beginning of a new poem describing their experience.
