Choose whether to write fiction or non-fiction in this week's exercise

You might write a story or poem that imagines a lone traveller and sets them out on an adventure. What happens to them? Who do they meet? Are they alone by choice, or circumstance? How do they feel about their journey?

Or, you could write a piece of narrative non-fiction or poetry related to your own life and experience. Or perhaps a piece of travel writing, describing a trip you've taken alone and how that affects your experience of a place.

Whatever you decide, write for at least 15 minutes.
