Hawarden Ink Writers

We are a well-established writing group sharing a love of writing of all forms. We meet between 7.30 and 9.30 pm on the third Monday of each month in the historic Gladstone’s Library in North Wales.

Hawarden Ink Writers differs from other writing groups in that we don’t read out our work during the meeting due to the time available. Instead, members submit a piece of writing by email a week before the meeting. The submissions are anonymised and circulated to members giving us time to reflect on each piece and prepare feedback, which is delivered through discussion during the monthly meeting.

There is no entry fee and the only criteria is a love of words and a commitment to submit work and attend meetings on a regular basis.
