Enter science-based fiction and poetry for children aged 6-12 in the international contest
The Science Me A Story competiton invites entries of original, unpublished narrative stories (400 to 1,700 words) and poems (170 to 1,000 words) for children between 6 and 12. The topic of stories and poems should be related to science, scientific methods, research process and discovery, or the everyday life of a scientist.
There are two categories, for entries in English and entries in Spanish. In each category there are prizes of £200, £150 and £100, and the winning stories.
Entry is free.
