Courtesy of Directline Holidays, there's a Kindle for the winner. The second prize is a copy of the Writers' & Artists' Yearbook.
The competition is for 500-word stories that evoke a particular location, which guides the mood and tone of your story and shapes how the characters respond.
There is no entry fee.
Entries for the Writers & Artists travel fiction competition should be submitted to [email protected] by the closing date of 28 February.
