The contest invites specfic entries from unpublished writers in Scotland

The competition from Scotland's Cymera Festival of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Writing and Scottish sci-fi magazine Shoreline of Infinity is for entries on the theme of 'Roots'.

Enter original, unpublished stories up to 2,000 words.

The winner will receive £75, publication in Shoreline of Infinity and a ticket to a Cymera workshop of their choice. Two shortlisted writers will reieve a ticket to a workshop. Shortlisted entries will be published on the Cymera website.

Entry is free.

The closing date is 3 April.
