The Big Green Bookshop in Wood Green is to hold a comedy event to raise money for The Tottenham Fund, to help residents and businesses affected by the riots.
The Big Green Bookshop, which was not damaged or looted, blogged earlier in the week about the riots on its doorstop. The benefit gig will take place on 19 August, and will be headlined by Sir Ian Bowler MP, played by comedian Nat Tapley (pictured).
Tickets are £5 and can be booked through the website.
