The theme for the horror and fantasy site's competition is Brexit
Send original, unpublished fantasy and horror stories up to 1,500 words. Dream of Shadows don't want stories specifically about Brexit, but fiction inspired by any aspect of it.
The competition winner will get £300 and their story will be published as Dream of Shadows' monthly story on 31 October.
The entry fee is £10 for the first story and £5 for any additional stories.
The closing date is 31 August.
• Dream of Shadows, a London-based website for horror and fantasy stories, is also accepting submissions of original, unpublished horror and fantasy fiction up to 1,500 words, and pays £20 for each published story.
