Amnesty International York is inviting short stories on the theme of 'Borders'
Amnesty International York is inviting short stories on the theme of 'Borders'
To enter, send original, unpublished stories up to 1,700 words. Stories may be set in any place and time.
The winner will receive £50, and their story will be published on the website.
A shortlist of ten entries will be judged by York author Fiona Shaw. The winner will be given a signed first edition of Fiona'a latest novel.
There is an entry fee of £5 per story.
The closing date is 10 December, which is Human Rights Day.
