Pontardawe Arts Centre's Slam 2017 is inviting new writing by Welsh or Wales-based writers. Submissions should be extracts of no more than ten minutes from a longer piece of writing. Extracts should be capable of being staged with minimal setting and not more than two actors.
Heats will take place on 5 October, 2 November and 30 November. The final will take place on 25 January 2017 and the winner will be given the opportunity to work with the Arts Centre on a research and development week to develop the piece towards production.
The closing date to submit to Pontardawe Arts Centre's Slam 2017 is 5 September.
