Crooked Pieces invites bite-sized funny writing by women for episode two of its comedy podcast
The pilot episode of And Then She Said a Funny Thing, recorded last September, was a great success, and now Crooked Pieces is gearing up for episode two. Short rants, sketches, poems and funny words of any kind are invited. All topics and styles are welcomed. Pieces should be comic writing suitable for audio performance and recording, and must be no longer than 90 seconds and by women writers.
Selected pieces will be performed and released as a podcast.
Submissions close on 1 June.
Crooked Pieces was launched in 2012 by Bethan Clark and Charlotte Donachie to produce and perform work by female writers.
