The contest is for poetry to be staged as part of a combined arts performance
The winner will receive £500 and their piece will be performed in the Cockpit Marylebone as part of the POETRY PLAYS 2024 festival. The competition is being held in association with Theatre Voliere.
Submissions should be for a 10 to 15-minute performance in a small theatre space with between 2-4 performers, which can include the poet.
To enter, send a treatment outline, sample text, a short film/text with stage directions and biographical details.
The entry fee is £10.
The closing date is 30 June.
