The Overton Poetry Prize is run by the School of Arts, Drama and English at Loughborough University in honour of Professor Bill Overton, who died in 2012. Competition proceeds fund an early-career poet-in-residence at Loughborough University.

To enter, send a sequence of poems on any subject up to 300 lines. The winner's sequence will be published as a chapbook and the winner will receive 50 copies. Two runners up will each win £50 book tokens.

The entry fee is £12 per sequence.

The closing date is 20 December.
