Poetry competition: The Cheltenham Poetry Festival International Poetry Prize 2024

Now in its second year, the contest will be judged by Roy McFarlane

The Cheltenham Poetry Festival International Poetry Prize 2024 is inviting entries of original, unpublished poems on any theme, up to 50 lines.

The prizes are £300, £100 and £50. The first prize winner will be offered the opportunity to read at the 2025 Cheltenham Poetry Festival.

The entry fee is £4 for one poem, £10 for three and £15 for five.

The closing date is 20 October.
