In October the Scarborough-based independent press will launch an anthology of poems documenting its home county
The anthology will be edited by Yorkshire-based poet Miles Salter, who is director of York Literature Festival. It will document and celebrate the many aspects of life in the county. Poems with a Yorkshire theme are invited from writers anywhere in the world, and may be on any subject or topic as long as there is a Yorkshire connection.
The project is Arts Council funded, and writers whose poems are selected will receive a share of £900 and a copy of the finished book.
To submit, send Miles a maximum of three Yorkshire poems by the closing date of 31 May.
