The open call is for collections from people active on the UK performance poetry / spoken word scene
Burning Eye Books is an indie publisher that only publishes work by spoken word and performance poets.
The call is for full-length collections, ie a minimum 50 pages of poetry. Successful poets will be offered a publishing deal with Burning Eye.
To submit, send a current short biography up to 500 words and links to live performances, a short description (500 words) of your book/show/play/project, a short description of activity to sell the book or the project the book will accompany, and the manuscript or a good sample of it, ie at least 20 poems.
The submission deadline is 31 March.
