The University of Wolverhampton's POP Drama Award is open to all writers interested in writing a play. Writers may submit more than one entry. Plays may be on any subject, but should preferably have universal themes that make them suitable for staging in various countries. Enter plays between 40 and 60 pages.
The winning play will be performed at the Arena Theatre, probably during the 2017/18 season, and will be worked into a full-scale touring production that will have staged readings in venues in the partnering countries Spain, Romania and Italy.
The closing date for submissions to the Creative Europe POP Drama Award is 31 March.
