15-minute plays on the theme of 'danger' are invited, with a professional live reading for shortlisted entries
There is a cash prize of £300 for the winner, and £200 for the runner-up.
All entries should be short plays no longer than 20 minutes on the theme of 'danger'. All entries must be written for stage production. Up to six plays will be shortlisted and given a live reading at Player-Playwrights' venue, The North London Tavern.
Entry is free. The closing date is 1 June.
Player-Playwrights is a weekly forum for new stage writing, consisting of professional writers and actors. Its presidents are Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran.
