Fitzcarraldo Editions are inviting entries for the 2021 Fitzcarraldo Editions/Mahler & Lewitt Studios Essay Prize for writers who have yet to secure a publishing deal.
The winner will receive £3,000, a publishing deal and the chance to spend three months at the Mahler & Lewitt Studios in Spoleto, Italy, to work on their book.
Enter a proposal up to 5,000 words for a book length essay (minimum 25,000 words) by the closing date of 15 March.
