The new prize is open to any English language author who publishes their book on Kindle Direct Publishing between 20 February and 19 May
The new £20,000 prize may be entered by any author writing in the English language, in any genre, who submits their work via Kindle Direct Publishing. Books must be original and previously unpublished. The minimum length is 5,000 words and there is no maximum length. All books entered in the prize will be available on Kindle and Fire devices and the Kindle app, and as print copies through the Amazon store.
The winner of The Kindle UK Storyteller Award will receive £20,000 and a marketing campaign to support their book on Amazon.co.uk.
Entries open on 20 February and close on 19 May.
