NOW WITH NEW EXTENDED DEADLINE!

The two awards from the Society of Authors both offer a prize of £1,500 to the writers of the best original radio dramas broadcast between 31 July 2012 and 31 December 2013

The Imison Award is for the best original radio drama script by a writer new to radio. Submissions may come from any nominating party. The 2012 Award was won by Csaba Szekely for Do You Like Banana, Comrades?

The Tinniswood Award is for the best original radio drama script. Submissions for the Tinniswood Award may only be made by the producer. The 2-12 Award was won by Murray Gold (pictured) for Kafka the Musical.

The deadline for both awards is 10 July.
