London Calling offers up to 18 awards for short film funding of up to £4,000 for emerging London film-makers
In addition, London Calling Plus offers five awards of up to £15,000 for London-based Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic film-makers with a track record across film, theatre or television.
Seven of the London Calling films will be commissioned by Film London, and the other 11 by Film London's borough partners.
Film London invites proposals for films up to 15-minutes from teams of writer, director and producer. Film London is searching for the next generation of storytellers, and is looking for teams that use film to tell a story creatively. Projects may be fiction, documentary or animation. The applicants must be London residents.
The completed submission must include a treatment and the script.
The closing date for applications is 22 October.
