From 2017, the Dublin-based The Stinging Fly magazine and press will publish two issues per year instead of three.
All submissions must be original and unpublished. There is no length limit on either poetry or short fiction. Poetry submissions should consist of between one and four poems. Short story submissions (which may include fiction in translation) should consist of one story only.
Writers whose work is accepted for The Stinging Fly receive a token discretionary payment and a free copy of the issue that features their work.
Submit to The Stinging Fly by the closing date of 19 May.
