The competition is for short pieces of adventure writing by young authors
The annual international competition is in three age categories:
• Age 16-21. Enter short adventure fiction between 1,500 and 5,000 words to win £1,000.
• Age 12-15. Enter short adventure fiction between 1,500 and 5,000 words to win £100 plus £150 in book tokens for the school, library or charity of the writer's choice.
• Age 11 and under. Enter short adventure stories up to 500 words to win £100 plus £150 in book tokens for the school, library or charity of the writer's choice.
All shortlisted authors will be published digitally by global literacy charity Worldreader.
Entry is free.
The closing date is 22 April.
