The Ghost Story's winter contest has a $1,000 first prize
The Screw Turn Flash Fiction Competition, which runs twice a year, is for original, unpublished uncanny stories between 250 and 1,000 words. Stories may be on any paranormal, supernatural or magic realist theme.
The winner will receive $1,000 and two honourable mentions will each get $200. Winners will be published online and in 21st Century Ghost Stories – Volume lll.
The entry fee is $15.
The closing date is 31 January.
