Applications are invited on this year's theme, which is 'Language'
The winner will receive a £3,000 cash grant. Second and third place runners up receive £1,000 in travel expenses to attend the 2024 symposium.
To enter, send original, unpublished writing on the theme, no longer than 2,500 words. Entries may be in any genre, including fiction, non-fiction and academic work.
Entry is free.
Each writer may send one entry.
The closing date is 1 March.
