The competition is for poems, flash fiction and short stories
Entrants to the new writing competition from Spirit Level may be TQIA+ or non-TQIA+ and should be based in the UK. All entries should feature transgender characters and/or transgender identity themes and issues and/or settings involving transgender characters.
Poems may be up to 30 lines or 300 words. Flash fiction may be up to 500 words, and short stories up to 3,000 words.
There are prizes of £40 and £20 in each category.
Entry is free.
The closing date is 22 January.
