Win a publishing contract in the prize for young, unpublished, underrepresented writers
The winner will be offered a publishing contract with #Merky Books.
Shortlisted writers will be invited to a Writers' Camp where they will be able to meet publishing industry professionals, attend workshops and panels and receive individual feedback on their work.
Enter fiction, non-fiction and poetry. All writers entering the prize must be aged 16-30, unpublished and from a background underrepresented in the publishing industry.
To enter, send a 200-word synopsis and a 1,500-word extract of fiction or non-fiction, and a 200-word synopsis and a 500-word extract for poetry.
Entry is free.
The closing date is 10 September.
