The competition from the London newspaper's Stories Festival is inviting entries on the theme of 'belonging'
Enter memoir or fiction up to 1,000 words/2 minutes in any form, including short story, poetry, narrative, script, or audio performance.
Winners will have the chance to perform their story at the Stories Festival and their work will be published on the Evening Standard's website, and there are further development prizes and passes to the Stories Festival. The overall winner will receive a masterclass with the Evening Standard's Stories editor, Lotte Jeffs, and a one-year mentorship in their chosen field with management and production company, 42.
Entry is free. One entry person.
The closing date is 12 April.
