Enter stories up to 2,500 words to win a £150 first prize

The Wenlock Olympian Society Short Story Compeittion is redun in collaboration with Much Wenlock and District U3A Writers on the Edge. This year's competition is for short stories, in any style and on any theme, up to 2,500 words.

The winner will receive £150 and there are runner up prizes of £50 and £25. The writers of the top three stories will also be awarded gold, silver and bronze Wenlock Olympian Society medals. Winning stories will be published online.

All entries must be original and unpublished.

The entry fee is £5 per story, or £8 for two and £12 for three.

The closing date is 15 November 2021.
