Win £3,500 in the prize from Own It! and Amazon for under-represented voices in commercial fiction
The New Voices Award 2022 is inviting entries from unagented UK authors from under-represented backgrounds.
The winner will receive £3,500 and detailed editorial feedback and mentoring from and Own It! agent and Amazon editor. Three runners-up will get a full editorial review of submitted material and a virtual mentoring session.
Submit the first 2,000 words of an unpublished commercial fiction manuscript. The judges are particularly interested in crime and thriller, mystery, romance, historical fiction and book club fiction.
The competition is free to enter.
The closing date is 2 September.
