Win £500 and development in the contest for unpublished novelists and non-fiction writers

The Morley Prize for Unpublished Writers of Colour from Morley College is inviting entries from unpublished and unagented UK writers of colour.

The winner will receive £500, a discount on a Morley College course of their choice and a manuscript review and in-person meeting with a literary agent from RML.

Shortlisted applicants will receive a digital advice session with a literary agent and the opportunity to exhibit an extract of their work online and as part of an exhibition at Morley College.

To enter fiction, submit the first 30 pages of the manuscript plus an outline no longer than three pages. To enter non-fiction, submit a detailed summary not longer than 30 pages, including a table of contents, and a 3,000-word sample.

Entry is free. Each writer may submit one entry.
