Short works of poetry or prose are invited in response to any work of art associated with World War One
Prose pieces may be up to 3,000 words and poems may be a maximum of 50 words. 'Work of art' could be a painting, a song, a poem, a film or any other creative response to the Great War.
The competition is from SaveAs writers' group in Canterbury. There are prizes of £50, £30 and £20.
Entry fees are £2 per poem and £3 per prose piece.
The closing date is 23 August.
