In recognition of the 15th anniversary of Muriel Spark's death, this year's theme is 'The Prime of Life'
The Thame Arts and Literature Festival competition is for flash fiction up the 500 words, interpreting the theme in any way the writer wishes, and in any genre.
There are Book Token prizes of £100, £100 and £50. The judge is writer and journalist Sandra Smith.
All entries must be original and unpublished.
The entry fee is £5 per flash fiction.
The closing date is 25 September 2021.
