Win £1,000 first prize for stories and poems in the contest from the eco-publishers who plant a tree for each entry
The international competition is for stories up to 4,000 words and poems up to 50 lines.
The winner will get £1,000, and there are second and third prizes of £300 and £100, with £50 for each of four runners up. Magic Oxygen will plant a tree in Bora, Kenya, for each entry, and send the entrant the GPS coordinates of their tree. This is done through The Word Forest Organisation, a charity which formed as a direct result of the Magic Oxygen Literary Prize.
There is a £5 fee per entry. The closing date is 31 December.
