Goldfinch Books has launched a new contest for unpublished novelists
The competition is for original, unpublished novel manuscripts by authors who have never published a novel and do not have a literary agent.
The winner will receive £300 and an invitation to join the Goldfinch writer community, which includes a free place on their Creative Writing Course. The judge is literary agent Kiya Evans, from Mushens Entertainment.
To enter, send the first 5,000 words and a one-page synopsis.
The entry fee is £10.
The closing date is 15 May.
