The competition from the Guardian and 4th Estate is for unpublished writers of colour
Now in its sixth year, the contest is inviting entries of short stories by unpublished black, Asian and minority ethnic writers.
The winner will receive £1,000 and a one-day publishing workshop at 4th Estate. Their story will be published on the Guardian's website. This year's judges are Tash Aw, Sara Collins, Leah Davies, Catherine Cho, Justine Jordan and Kishani Widyaratna.
Enter original, unpublished short stories up to 6,000 words.
