Win $500 in the summer edition of the Women on Writing competition for creative non-fiction essays
To enter, send original, unpublished creative non-fiction essays on any subject, up to 1,000 words. Entries may be personal essays, memoirs, lyric, or a hybrid, but must be non-fiction. The minimum word count is 200 and the maximum, 1,000.
The competition is quarterly. The first prize winner gets $500, the second $200, the third $100, and seven runners up get a $25 Amazon giftcard. All winners are published online and get an item from CreateWriteNow's store and are interviewed in The Muffin.
There is a reading fee of $12 per entry.
The closing date is 31 July 2020.
