Ten poets will be selected for the nationwide scheme, which is funded by Arts Council England and includes seminars, a week-long residential course and an individually assigned poet-mentor. A final anthology will be published by Bloodaxe.
At least six of the selected poets will be based outside London.
To apply, poets should send five copies of 15 poems and a covering letter outlining why they would like to join the programme.
A fee of £500 is payable over the 18 months of The Complete Works programme.
The closing date for submissions to The Complete Works is 14 February.
