Selected scripts will be produced and filmed to a professional standard
The Birmingham School of Actors, which trains actors for a professional career, is looking for short film scripts to be presented at the Short Film Season early in 2018.
Scripts should ideally be four-handers with characters in their late teens/early 20s (to fit the main demographic of the students). It may be possible to fit an older character as a cameo. Scripts should be contemporary, use a maximum of two locations and be approximately 6-7 minutes, ie 7/8 pages of script.
Writers whose scripts are selected to be produced and filmed will receive a copy of their film.
The closing date to submit a script is 28 February
