The boutique independent publisher is inviting submissions for poetry and prose pamphlets
In 2014 The Emma Press was shortlisted in the Michael Marks Award for Poetry Pamphlet Publishers.
Publisher Emma Wright said: ‘We are hoping to find more brilliant writers with unique perspectives and voices to share with the world. The more pamphlets we publish, the more people get a sense of what we’re trying to do with our list, which is why the response to our call seems to get better each year.’
Poetry pamphlet submissions should consist of around 20 poems, and prose pamphlet submissions should be approx 30 pages of text/9,000 words.
The deadline for submissions is 13 December.
