The Script Room submission window is for scripts for CBeebies and CBBC
The Script Room assesses manuscripts and offers writers the opportunity to have their work considered by the BBC.
Cbeebies is interested in receiving the following submissions for children aged 0-6:
• Original dramas with a focus on fantasy; strong female leads; original animation and comedy scripts (15-min episodes x 2).
• Original drama/comedy content for CBeebies Radio (10-min scripts – up to 15 pages)
CBBC is interested in receiving submissions of original comedy, drama and animation scripts for children aged 6-12.
Writers should submit either one 28-min script for drama and comedy. For animation, submit either one 22-minute script of two 11-minute scripts.
The Script Room will accept submissions of children's script from 28 June until 7 July.
