The Harrogate Writers’ Circle, founded in 1951, is a group of people who wish to improve their writing skill in a variety of disciplines, including poetry and all forms of prose.
The Circle has monthly Manuscript Evenings where members read out some of their work. We also have speakers on writing-related topics, and hold several writing competitions throughout the year. Currently we meet on Zoom and details can be found on our website
