712a9d27-7fbb-4581-93d9-d3c7c1430b42

Do you want to feel healthier and lose weight? This book contains delicious 5:2 diet meal ideas and recipes for vegetarians. All the recipes are inspired by dishes from around the world, so you can have a real culinary adventure while on a diet!

The book provides a 4-week meal plan for the fasting days (8 days in total), and gives three fasting options: women’s plan (500 calories per day), men’s plan (600 calories per day) and the relaxed plan (800 calories per day). Feel free to choose whichever option suits you best and just follow the meal plans and recipes – no calorie-counting required!

The meal plans are based on the normal eating pattern – three meals a day and snacks. There is a wide choice of dishes, so you won’t have to eat the same things all the time.

Although specifically designed for people on the 5:2 diet, anyone who wishes to control their calorie intake will benefit from this book, or simply get ideas for delicious vegetarian food.

This is the second in the series, and you can buy it from Amazon by clicking here.
